What is PAYPAL?

I discovered PAYPAL over a year ago and its a simple and safe way to pay for items on line.
You set up a PAYPAL account which uses your chosen e-mail address.  You then use the PAYAL site (after logging on) to send money to another persons PAYPAL email address.
How does the money get into the PAYPAL account? When you set up your account you register your credit or debit card with them.  You can then pay into your account and then mail the payment instantly to whoever you want.  Its safe as the PAYPAL site is fully encrypted and password protected.  Click on the PAYPAL logo at the top of the page to find out more.
